Dr. Prem Kapur graduated from medicine from the University of Edinburgh in 1951. He practiced as a pediatrician in Kampala, Uganda for 5 years.

He then immigrated to Canada in 1963 and practiced as a diagnostic radiologist at Hamilton General Hospital for 34 years. He developed a keen interest in acupuncture and took courses through AFCI in Canada and went to China for four months for faster training. He is now retired from radiology but continues to practice his passion, acupuncture. His main desire is to relieve pain without any medication.

He is very interested in treating emotional problems, infertility, lower back pain, bowel and bladder disorders and numerous other ailments. He prides himself in introducing acupuncture needles in the patients without pain or discomfort with amazing results. When you meet Dr. Kapur you will be impressed with his kind demeanor and warm personality.
